AVGO designs, develops and supplies a range of semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions.
iPhones have a loyal customer base. Consumers who use iPhones generally stick with the product because of its constant innovation and upgrades, as well as compatibility with other AAPL products. In fact, iOS volume increased 6.5% year over year in 2020.
With QCOM and AVGO playing an important role in the making of iPhones, it makes sense that they will see increasing demand for their chips in the near future. In addition, the demand for QCOM and AVGO products and services could continue to grow due to end-user markets other than AAPL consumers.
