“Buyers currently struggling to find a home are likely to see an improvement in the number of options available as a list of more sellers for the spring buying season,” Realtor.com chief economist Danielle Hale said in a statement.

“I’ve been in business for over 30 years and have never seen a market this hot,” said Glenn Brunker, president of Ally Home, which provides mortgage services and products.
